The Avalon Black Knights baseball team (Wheaton, MD), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Bullis Bulldogs (Potomac, MD)
The Bulldogs now hold a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Curley for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 2. Bullis will face a Friars team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Fallston (Fallston, MD). The Friars record now stands at 1-1.
Next, the Black Knights battle the The Heights (Potomac, MD) in a Washington Catholic test, on Tuesday, April 5. Avalon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The come into the test with a 4-6 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA).
