The North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) baseball trounced the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC), 10-1 in Saturday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Black Knights play the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A contest, on Tuesday, April 5. North Davidson will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Blue Comets enter the contest with a 7-5 record after their 8-2 league win over Central Davidson (Lexington, NC).
The Cougars now sport a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westchester Country Day for a NCISAA Piedmont contest on Tuesday, April 5. High Point Christian Academy will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-1.
