The Monterey Dores topped the host Everett Alvarez Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Dores now have a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bullard for a non-league test on Saturday, April 2. Monterey will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Carmel (Carmel, CA). The Knights record now stands at 15-5.
The Eagles (5-14) will now prepare for their test against Seaside (Seaside, CA). The Spartans enter the MBL - Pacific test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Seaside was knocked off by Monterey (Monterey, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
