The Lincoln Fighting Zebras topped the visiting Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Fighting Zebras now have a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nevada Union for a Foothill Valley test on Tuesday, April 5. Lincoln will confront a Miners team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Miners record now stands at 17-4.
The Fire Wolves (8-8) will now prepare for their test against River City (West Sacramento, CA). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 0-12 record. In their last test, River City was knocked off by Grant (Sacramento, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
