The Lincoln Mustangs held off the host St. Ignatius Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fremont for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 2. Lincoln will meet a Firebirds team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-5.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Independence 76ers (San Jose, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 2. St. Ignatius will attempt to move on its 6-12 season record. The 76ers enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Prospect (Saratoga, CA).
