The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mt. Madonna Hawks (Watsonville, CA) and the visiting Paso Robles Bearcats (Paso Robles, CA), saw Mt. Madonna's volleyball squad nip Paso Robles by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Mt. Madonna upgrades its record to 3-7 on the year. The Hawks host Aptos (Aptos, CA) to play the Mariners in a SCCAL bout on Wednesday, April 13. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 7-10.

The Bearcats now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Salinas for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 2. Paso Robles will play a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Christopher (Gilroy, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 3-6.
