In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Steinbrenner Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-8 victory over the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers.
The Warriors now have a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Durant for a non-league test on Monday, April 4. Steinbrenner will face a Cougars squad coming off a 19-6 non-league loss to Sickles (Tampa, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 4-7.
In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Jesuit Tigers (Tampa, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 5. Berkeley Prep will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 9-1 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL).
