West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Wheeling Central Catholic held off by Trinity

Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights (Wheeling, WV), 5-4 in a non-league battle.
The Hillers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Chartiers Valley for a WPIAL 2A 1 battle on Tuesday, April 5.
In their next game, the Maroon Knights clash with the John Marshall Monarchs (Glen Dale, WV) in a WVSLA -DI West battle, on Tuesday, April 5. Wheeling Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Monarchs come into the battle with a 2-6 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV).
