Next, the Devil Dogs confront the Sylvan Hills Bears (Sherwood, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 5. Morrilton will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Maumelle (Maumelle, AR).

The Bearcats now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bauxite for a 4A South challenge on Friday, April 8. Mena will confront a Miners team coming off a 7-4 league loss to Robinson (Little Rock, AR). The Miners record now stands at 2-5.
