The Peninsula Panthers softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Brea Olinda Wildcats to 7 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Peninsula improves its record to 7-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) to clash with the Sea Kings in a Bay game on Wednesday, April 6. The Sea Kings come into the game with a record of 2-11. Palos Verdes lost 14-1 in their recent league game against Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the El Dorado Golden Hawks (Placentia, CA) in a North Hills game, on Tuesday, April 5. Brea Olinda will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the game with a 7-9 record after their 8-4 non-league loss to Esperanza (Anaheim, CA).
