New Mexico High School Softball - Santa Rosa can't hold off Laguna Acoma

The Laguna Acoma Hawks softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Santa Rosa Lions to 11 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Laguna Acoma improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Hawks host Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, April 7. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 3-10.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the Logan Longhorns (Logan, NM) in a A/2A District 6 game, on Monday, April 4. Santa Rosa will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Longhorns come into the game with a 0-6 record after their 7-6 league loss to Pecos (Pecos, NM).
