St. Paul VI Panthers (Chantilly, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA), 22-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Ireton for a Washington Catholic challenge on Tuesday, April 5.

With the loss, St. Catherine's falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The host St. Margaret's (Tappahannock, VA) to battle the Scottie in a League of Independent Schools challenge on Tuesday, April 5. The Scottie enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. St. Margaret's won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA)
