Connecticut High School Softball - St. Joseph bounces Sheehan

St. Joseph Cadets (Trumbull, CT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Cadets now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newtown for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 4. St. Joseph will battle a Nighthawks squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Darien (Darien, CT). The Nighthawks record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Sheehan falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Titans host West Haven (West Haven, CT) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 4. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
