In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Greenville Hurricanes Hurricanes baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the St. Joseph's Catholic Knights.
The Hurricanes (6-5) will now prepare for their game against The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, The Master's Academy tipped Lake Lure Classical Academy (Lake Lure, NC), 13-3, in a league game.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Brashier Middle College Charter (Simpsonville, SC). The Bengal go into the 1A Region 1 game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Brashier Middle College Charter was edged by Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC), 12-0, in a league game.
