The Tolono Unity Rockets crushed the host Okaw Valley Timberwolves baseball team by a tally of 16-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Rockets now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pontiac for a Illini Prairie bout on Thursday, April 4. Tolono Unity will face a Indians team coming off a 4-2 league win over St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL). The Indians record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Timberwolves face the Arcola Purple Riders (Arcola, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie bout, on Thursday, April 4. Okaw Valley will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record. The Purple Riders enter the bout with a 9-2 record after their 13-4 league win over Villa Grove (Villa Grove, IL).
