The Tift County Blue Devils baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting West Laurens Raiders to 0 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils (18-3) will now prepare for their match against Owensboro Catholic (Owensboro, KY). The Aces go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Owensboro Catholic ran past Archbishop McNicholas (Cincinnati, OH), 11-1, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (14-7) will now prepare for their match against Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA). The Braves go into the 4A Area 2 match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Baldwin ran past Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA), 8-5, in a non-league match.
