California High School Baseball - Valley Christian holds off Homestead

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA) and the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), saw Valley Christian's baseball squad knock off Homestead by a count of 5-1.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, April 4. Valley Christian will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Lancers enter the battle with a 8-3 record after their 9-3 non-league win over Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA).
