In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Marist War Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Lovett Lions.
The War Eagles now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Atlanta for a 5A-6A Area 1 test on Friday, April 12. Marist will face a Warriors squad coming off a 15-9 non-league loss to Decatur (Decatur, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-9.
In their next game, the Lions face the Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 5. Lovett will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 6-6 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA).
