In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Barberton Magics (Barberton, OH) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV), by a margin of 10-0.

With the triumph, Barberton moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Magics travel to University (Morgantown, WV) to play the Hawks in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 3. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 7-2. University won 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against Louisa County (Mineral, VA)

In their next game, the Cardinals play the Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 3. Spring Mills will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Braves come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Keyser (Keyser, WV).
