Caney Valley Bullpups (Caney, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Eureka Tornadoes (Eureka, KS), 16-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Bullpups now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Parsons for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 4.

With the loss, Eureka falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Humboldt (Humboldt, KS) to face the Cubs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Cubs enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. Humboldt won 17-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Iola (Iola, KS)
