Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Lewisville Lions (Richburg, SC), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenbrier Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 3. Canfield will battle a Gators squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA). The Gators record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Lewisville falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 3. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Austintown-Fitch won 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Penfield (Penfield, NY)
