The Woodlawn Bears softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Junction City Dragons to 1 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Woodlawn improves its record to 13-4 on the year. The Bears travel to Parkers Chapel (El Dorado, AR) to clash with the Trojans in a 2A Region 8 game on Friday, April 5. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 2-4.

In their next game, the Dragons clash with the El Dorado Wildcats (El Dorado, AR) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 4. Junction City will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 22-9 league win over Hot Springs (Hot Springs, AR).
