Maryland High School Baseball - Gerstell Academy holds off Our Lady of Mount Carmel

The Gerstell Academy baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars to 4 in the non-league win on Wednesday.
The now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenelg Country for a MIAA B Red test on Wednesday, April 9. Gerstell Academy will play a Dragons team coming off a 6-4 league loss to Annapolis Area Christian (Severn, MD). The Dragons record now stands at 4-7.
With the defeat, Our Lady of Mount Carmel drops to 5-4 on the year. The Cougars host Perry Hall Christian (Perry Hall, MD) to play the in a non-league test on Friday, April 11. The go into the test with a record of 7-4.
