In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL) baseball squad edged the host Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY), by a tally of 3-2.
Next up, the Knights encounter the Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Kaneland will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Redhawks enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Mosley (Lynn Haven, FL).
The Colonels (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 6-4 record.
