The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the St. John Eagles (Plaquemine, LA) and the visiting Livonia Wildcats (Livonia, LA), saw St. John's baseball team gain a win over Livonia by a tally of 15-5.
The Eagles (18-7) will now prepare for their battle against East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA). The Tigers enter the 1A District 8 battle with a 9-7 record.
Next, the Wildcats face the Opelousas Tigers (Opelousas, LA) in a 4A District 5 battle, on Thursday, April 3. Livonia will attempt to upgrade on its 12-12 season record.
