Ohio High School Lacrosse - Archbishop Hoban Cardinal Mooney

April 2, 2025: Akron, OH 44306

In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Archbishop Hoban Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 triumph over the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals.

The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH). The Lancers go into the Region 6 challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Gilmour Academy was edged by Chardon (Chardon, OH), 11-5, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals clash with the Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Cardinal Mooney will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bombers go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 20-3 non-league win over Lakewood (Lakewood, OH).
