In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Long County Blue Tide soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the South Effingham Mustangs.

The Blue Tide (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against St. Vincent's (Savannah, GA). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 10-0 record.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) in a 5A Region 1 outing, on Friday, April 4. South Effingham will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Rebels go into the outing with a 4-9 record after their 6-0 league loss to Greenbrier (Evans, GA).
