In Wednesday's non-league test, the McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV) softball squad the host Carson Senators (Carson City, NV), by a count of 10-6.

Next, the Lancers meet the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a test, on Monday, April 7. McQueen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 10-1 record after their 15-1 league win over Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV).

The Senators (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies go into the test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Galena was routed by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 14-2, in a non-league test.
