California High School Softball - Rancho Cucamonga bounces Citrus Valley

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Rancho Cucamonga Cougars softball team scored a tight 12-5 win over the Citrus Valley Blackhawks.
The Cougars (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Upland (Upland, CA). The Highlanders/Scots come into the match with a 13-2 record. In their last match, Upland nipped Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA), 7-6, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Blackhawks confront the Yucaipa Thunderbirds (Yucaipa, CA) in a match, on Tuesday, April 8. Citrus Valley will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
