South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, South Effingham moves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Greenbrier (Evans, GA) to meet the Wolfpack in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 8-4. Greenbrier won 4-0 in their recent league test against Effingham County (Springfield, GA)

The Blue Tide now sport a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league test on Friday, April 18.
