The Roosevelt Mustangs edged the visiting Canyon Comanches softball squad by a count of 10-9 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Rosary Academy Royals (Fullerton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Royals enter the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA).
The Comanches (12-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA). The Broncos enter the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Vista Murrieta edged Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA), 20-0, in a league challenge.
