In Wednesday's non-league test, the Ross Rams (Hamilton, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the host Elliott County Lions (Sandy Hook, KY), by a tally of 16-0.

Next, the Rams clash with the Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH) in a Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern test, on Monday, April 7. Ross will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 1-3 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Miamisburg (Miamisburg, OH).

The Lions (5-12) will now prepare for their test against West Carter (Olive Hill, KY). The Comets go into the District 62 test with a 3-4 record.
