The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) and the visiting Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA), observed Grassfield's softball team get by Grafton by a tally of 5-0.

The Grizzlies (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves go into the Southeastern bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Indian River was routed by Hickory (Chesapeake, VA), 13-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Clippers clash with the Warhill Lions (Williamsburg, VA) in a Bay Rivers bout, on Wednesday, April 16. Grafton will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record.
