The Lincoln Railsplitters softball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Jacksonville Crimsons to 2 in the Railsplitters league win on Wednesday.

The Railsplitters now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maroa-Forsyth for a non-league battle on Friday, April 4. Lincoln will confront a Trojans team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Jacksonville moves to 4-3 on the season. The Crimsons travel to Beardstown (Beardstown, IL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 5. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Beardstown lost 9-4 in their recent non-league battle against Pleasant Plains (Pleasant Plains, IL)
