With the triumph, Meridian upgrades its record to 3-5 on the year. The Mustangs host Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA) to play the Cougars in a Northwestern game on Thursday, April 3. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 3-3. Kettle Run lost 7-3 in their recent league game against Skyline (Front Royal, VA)

The Phoenix now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Falls Church for a non-league game on Thursday, April 3. Rock Ridge will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Edison (Alexandria, VA). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-4.
