Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Upper St. Clair holds off Ambridge

The Upper St. Clair Panthers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Ambridge Bridgers to 3 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 7. Upper St. Clair will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Hillers come into the outing with a 3-4 record after their 13-8 league win over Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA).
The Bridgers (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Talbots go into the WPIAL 4A 1 test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Hampton was overwhelmed by Beaver (Beaver, PA), 9-5, in a league test.
