Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their baseball team beat the visiting Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ), 6-0 in a non-league game.

The Ghosts (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Passaic (Passaic, NJ). The Indians go into the Big North - Liberty outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Passaic was overwhelmed by Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ), 4-3, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans (0-3) will now prepare for their outing against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Knght Paladins come into the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Paramus Catholic tipped Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ), 11-4, in a non-league test.
