New Jersey High School Baseball - Gloucester County Tech loses to Sterling

Sterling Silver Knights (Somerdale, NJ) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their baseball team beat the visiting Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ), 7-3 in a non-league game.

The Silver Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ). The Garnets go into the Colonial - Liberty game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, Haddon Heights nudged Woodstown (Woodstown, NJ), 3-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the play the Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 3. Gloucester County Tech will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The go into the test with a 3-1 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Cape May County Tech (Cape May Court House, NJ).
