In Thursday's non-league test, the Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Castor Tigers (Castor, LA), by a count of 15-0.

Next, the Cougars meet the Oak Grove Tigers (Oak Grove, LA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 7. Cedar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 16-9 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 10-6 record after their 10-0 league win over Mangham (Mangham, LA).
