West Virginia High School Baseball - Independence loses to Hurricane

The Hurricane Redskins crushed the visiting Independence Patriots baseball team by a count of 10-1 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Redskins now possess a 18-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a non-league bout on Friday, April 22. Hurricane will face a Hawks team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Hawks record now stands at 8-8.
Next, the Patriots face the Liberty Raiders (Glen Daniel, WV) in a Coalfield AA bout, on Thursday, April 21. Independence will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV).
