The Valley Regional Warriors baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Old Lyme Wildcats to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Warriors (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Hale Ray (Moodus, CT). The Noises go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Hale Ray was overwhelmed by North Branford (North Branford, CT), 10-1, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Cromwell was overwhelmed by Waterford (Waterford, CT), 2-0, in a non-league match.
