The Mountain View Bears lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the host Oconee County Warriors to 1 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Longhorns enter the 6A-7A Area 7 game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Lanier was overwhelmed by Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA), 5-4, in a league game.
The Warriors (2-11) will now prepare for their game against Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Wolfpack enter the 1A-5A Area 4 game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Greenbrier was overwhelmed by North Oconee (Bogart, GA), 17-2, in a league game.
