Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Bennett Clippers (Salisbury, MD), 13-7 in a league battle.
The Buccaneers now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Decatur for a battle on Friday, April 22. Kent Island will clash with a Seahawks squad coming off a 19-0 non-league win over Kent County (Worton, MD). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Clippers clash with the Easton Warriors (Easton, MD) in a Bayside North battle, on Friday, April 22. Bennett will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 7-1 record after their 16-0 league win over Kent County (Worton, MD).
