Arizona High School Softball - Empire bounces Benson

April 20, 2022: Benson, AZ 85602

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Empire Ravens (Tucson, AZ) and the host Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ), saw Empire's softball squad nip Benson by a count of 11-4.

The Ravens now sport a 21-9 record.

With the loss, Benson falls to 20-6 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Morenci (Morenci, AZ) to face the Wildcats in a 2A East match on Friday, April 22. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 15-7. Morenci won 4-1 in their recent non-league match against Ray (Kearny, AZ)
