The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 2-12. Paxton-Buckley-Loda won 12-8 in their recent non-league contest against Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL)

In their next game, the Maroons play the Peoria Notre Dame Irish (Peoria, IL) in a Big Twelve contest, on Thursday, April 21. Champaign Central will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Irish come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 15-0 league loss to Normal West (Normal, IL).
