The Crest Chargers softball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Scotland Fighting Scots to 1 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Crest moves its record to 16-2 on the year. The Chargers travel to North Gaston (Dallas, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a Big South 3A game on Tuesday, April 26. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 10-8. North Gaston lost 7-6 in their recent non-league game against Burns (Lawndale, NC)

In their next game, the Fighting Scots clash with the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 25. Scotland will attempt to move on its 17-2 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 10-4 record after their 8-1 league win over Laney (Wilmington, NC).
