In Wednesday's league contest, the Schurz Bulldogs (Chicago, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Farragut Admirals (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 17-7.
With the triumph, Schurz moves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Maine East (Park Ridge, IL) to play the Blue Demons in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 23. The Blue Demons come into the contest with a record of 4-7. Maine East won 10-7 in their recent league contest against Niles North (Skokie, IL)
In their next game, the Admirals play the Wells Raiders (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Pink contest, on Tuesday, April 26. Farragut will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 10-0 league loss to Schurz (Chicago, IL).
