New York High School Baseball - Arkport Central can't hold off Hornell

In Thursday's non-league game, the host Hornell Red Raiders baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Arkport Central Bluejays.
The Red Raiders (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Livonia (Livonia, NY). The Bulldogs go into the Section 5 Livingston County game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Livonia was edged by Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY), 10-4, in a non-league game.
The Bluejays (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Jasper-Troupsburg (Jasper, NY). The Wildcats go into the Section 5 Steuben County game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Jasper-Troupsburg tipped Addison (Addison, NY), 7-5, in a league game.
