Indiana High School Baseball - Eastern Greene wallops Brown County

Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN), 13-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Eastern Greene upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Owen Valley (Spencer, IN) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, April 21. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 5-3. Owen Valley lost 4-1 in their recent league test against West Vigo (West Terre Haute, IN)

With the defeat, Brown County falls to 1-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to battle the Miners in a non-league test on Saturday, April 22. The Miners come into the test with a record of 4-5. Linton-Stockton lost 13-0 in their recent league test against Clay City (Clay City, IN)
