Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA) and the host Mt. Pleasant Vikings (Mt. Pleasant, PA), saw Connellsville's baseball squad knock off Mt. Pleasant by a count of 10-4.

Coming up next, the Falcons play the Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 4 battle, on Monday, April 24. Connellsville will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Black Hawks enter the battle with a 8-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Indiana (Indiana, PA).
